The Core Team

The KDE on Solaris packages are maintained by a core team of volunteers, which can be reached at the general mail address webmaster@kde.org.

The KDE Solaris Core Team currently consists of:

KDE on Solaris specific lists include:

  • kde-solaris - a general discussion list for all things KDE and Solaris related, with archives

Of all the KDE mailing lists, the following might be relevant when it comes to issues with KDE on Solaris:

  • kde-nonlinux - a general list for users and developers of KDE on all platforms that aren't Linux
  • kde - general KDE mailing list - very high traffic OS independent list for KDE users
  • kde-devel - a high traffic general KDE development list. Best place to send patches in case some part of KDE's source code fails to compile on Solaris
  • koffice - User discussions about KOffice.
  • koffice-dev - Developer discussions about KOffice.

Among the Solaris specific mailing lists, the following ones are interesting for people seeking information about running general help on Solaris:

  • Solaris Support Forums - for user discussions about applications on Solaris.
  • Solaris Developer Forums - for developer discussions about application development on Solaris.
